CONTRAINDICATIONS Contraindicated for those with fever due to Spleen and Stomach Yin Deficiency manifesting as fever, spontaneous sweat, extreme fatigue, aversion to Wind, and a Deficiency floating pulse Contraindicated for those with True Cold and False Heat manifesting fever with a desire for warmth, no desire to drink, agitated movements of the limbs in an otherwise subdued patient and flooding, weak pulse. Contraindicated for those with Yang Ming Fu. Use caution for those with a floating, wiry and thin pulse. Use caution for those with a submerged pulse. Use caution for those with absence of thirst.
