Damp-Warmth

In traditional theory, dampness and warmth combine to obstruct qi movement and burden transformation, often involving the Spleen, Stomach, and the middle or lower regions of the body. Its conceptual role is to explain a lingering, heavy, and sticky heat presentation in which dampness may conceal or slow the expression of warmth.
